* We would like to point out that we can only implement express deliveries from Monday to Thursday (orders received by 1:00 p.m. on Thursdays). Unfortunately, DHL - and thus neither we - does not guarantee punctual delivery, even for express deliveries.

In the case of prepayment, the deadline for delivery begins on the second working day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day .

Payment in advance
We wait for the receipt of your transfer (will be displayed in the order process and listed in the confirmation email) and will deliver your order as soon as we have received your transfer. Please note that transfers (also online) need 1-3 bank working days and one working day must be added to our internal booking. We therefore advise against paying by bank transfer for urgent orders
Instant bank transfer
Sofortüberweisung is a TÜV-certified payment system that offers you maximum security thanks to PIN and TAN (Sofortüberweisung supports all common TAN procedures).
After you have clicked on the Buy button, you will be redirected to the Sofortüberweisung portal and guided through the payment process there - without having to create a customer account. All you need is your usual online banking data. Neither your PIN nor the TAN are saved or are visible to us.

We accept VISA and MasterCard. To pay by credit card, we need the 16-digit card number, the expiry date and the security code on the back of the card.
